While it suffers technically, First place shows peak emotion photographers hope for at tournaments. Second place is everything one wants in a sports feature clean background, great expression and the pom poms are hilarious. Third also has a great reaction but needed to be cropped tighter. The high quality of images created quite a bit of conversation between the judges.
