1st place is a nice slice of community life in the wake of a disaster.Could have used a little straightening and crop out the plastic pumpkin on the left. 2nd place is nicely composed with a strong expression. 3rd place is a nice timely frame and kudos to the photographer for going the extra mile to be aware of the event and pushing creatively.
