There wasn't much to this category this month with few entries really standing out among the judges. We went with our first place pick because of the backstory and interesting toning and composition of the image. There was a lot of good symmetry and just appealing to the eye that made us want to read more about what was going on. Second place was a good execution of a newsworthy moon and just a really nice scene setting frame with third being a creatively composed image from a Pride parade, something we generally see frequently made a bit more interesting.
