Judges Comments

Gotta say this was not the strongest overall category. However, weeasily came up with four top images. 1st – This simple, direct image with the tight framing, not to mention searing blue eyes, pulled us all in immediately. 2nd – A nice collection of images used to illustrate the different aspects of buildings in Yakima. The color really tied the images together. 3rd – We found this image visually interesting. Debated if it was because it was B&W (possibly), great subject(probably) or uniqueness compared to the other entrants (definitely).
