A very powerful event, memorials for an officer loved by family and
the community had the best three single images. First place a clear
winner. There was a similar moment entered with a loose crop and
distracting child in the corner. Second place was clean, flowing, and
with a nice moment of a community member pausing to see the pile
of balloons. Third place also a strong image, but the background was
less clean.
