Judges Comments

1st Place: Judges felt that Blind School was the easiest to read and the package was the best and tightest edit. A nice selection of clean pictures. 2nd Place: Snow Hill Football showed a look at a struggling team's gear-up for the final game. The photos showed the photographer's commitment to the story. 3rd Place: The photographer had some great access to a tragic story involving the death of a police officer and young mother. We would have liked a tighter edit, however many the images were quite powerful.
