The light and color made the first-place image rise to the top. We all laughed when we saw the second place photo, and we wondered if the cop was even necessary and would be even more comical if it were shot a little tighter with just the car in the pond and the golfers playing through in the background. The dramatic light made the third place image stand out from other fire photos.
