Judges Comments

The first place photo offered a great perspective that showed that the photographer was prepared to make a more dynamic photograph.The second place image is hard to get during daily baseball assignments. It was a good example of being prepared to follow the action, where ever it may be. The crowds reaction was what made the photograph. Seeing the ball would have made the image more interesting in our minds. The third image showcased good peak action, but the background is messy and the image should have been cropped tighter from the left and right sides to clean it up. Overall we were surprised how small this category was, we didn't have as many images to look through as we thought there would have been.
