1st/2nd: Both great coverage of what (we assume) was a prison tour/media availability. 1st Shows a careful eye and pulled ahead with a thoughtful and restrained edit. 2nd has some really arresting images but was held back by including weak fillers. This was a difficult call but we had to judge based on the weakest photos. 3rd: Varied coverage of the event, would like to see more consistency of toning and more attention to technical quality.
