This category was slightly weaker overall than the others but in the end the image of the suspect take down garnered first space honors and being in the right spot at the right time makes this image work above all the rest. Second was the couple holding hands at the waters edge during a search and rescue. Great storytelling. The tree fallen by a tornado was the best of the rest. One judge had it higher.
