First place offers a unique, storytelling perspective on a common protest scenario. Second place photog was at the scene in time and captured a vivid scene well, a lot to be said for working quickly with spot news. Third place is visually interesting, we liked how driver is lit up, photog got them self into the right place and found a moment. There was a large DNC spot news entry that needed a much tighter edit. Had great moments but edit was FAR too loose
