There were many strong entries to this category. The Bra Wall took first, judges felt that the photographer did a good job with the composition of the photograph relating to the issue and story. Second place was the Nuns at Tea; the photographer captured a unique and insightful moment. Cowboys at the Diner came in third, a raw intimate moment that in one frame captured a deeper meaning into the lives of the subjects. Neon By Ray came in as an alternate and close contender for third.
