Judges Comments

Three strong entries in the Photo Essay category rose above the others. First place was our clear winner. At 25 images, it may see a little unwieldy in content, but each photograph was unique and different, and showed an extended dedication by the photographer. We also liked the diversity of images and execution of the second place entry very much. Unique story, uniquely told. Third place was solid, but a tighter edit may have helped as several of the images seemed a bit redundant.
