Judges Comments

This was the strongest category and we enjoyed seeing all the images. There was a lot of discussion about the best few. There was some really nice framing and peak moments in this category. First place was a good example of a photographer obviously working the situation. It had great composition and a great moment and the needed depth of field. Second place had good framing and layers and light and plenty of rich information to tell the story. Third place was a nice moment that may have been elevated higher but we felt the person on the right was not needed and distracted from the funny horse interaction.
