The first place photo really jumped out to us and was a clear winner.
Incredible emotion in this photo. The rest of the photos in this
category felt a bit weak in comparison to the first place image.
Second place captured a great reaction and the photographer really
went all out by getting in the freezing water too. Third place is an
interesting frame from an assignment where making a good photo
could be difficult (potholes).
