Judges Comments

1st place has three photos from a house fire. The one of the firefighter on the roof with sun streaks through the smoke was head and shoulders above the other two. We think it would have made our decision-making easier if the entry would have been a single, but hey, it is first place so it is all good. 2nd: The dog rescue photo is a classic - well done, well composed and gives you some nice info about the neighborhood. 3rd place brings some emotion to the photos.
