Making the judges laugh is always a good thing for a feature photo. The man in the Gumby suit shoveling snow did that. One of the judges said he would have caused some serious traffic problems turning around to get that photo. The turkey looking for a job is another humorous photo, with the reflection a bonus. We wondered why the snow machine crash was in the feature category but gave it 3rd place anyway. At first glance we wondered about the severe cropping of the snow machine but on reflection there was enough of the machine and it allowed the tumbling rider to gain relative size in the photo.
