First place - While the baseball player pictured might not care to see the image again, we couldn't stop looking at it and appreciating the uniqueness and humor of the moment.
Second place - We thought the hockey brawl photo captured the intensity of the sport well and draws the viewer in to the frame in an impactful way.
Third award - The catcher zeroing in on a fly ball would have benefited in our opinion from a tighter crop, but still, a very captivating image.
