Another really strong category with some great celebration and dejection pictures. First place grabbed us with both its emotion, tension and clean background. We loved how the kid in the crowd mirrored the player on the court in the second-place picture, and the expressions on the other kids in the stands. Third place stood out for the multiple great expressions and the high angle used by the photographer so the picture read well. The alternate shot of the girls crying was a good capture, but maybe would have been more powerful captured closer and wide if possible.
