We liked the county fair package as first place. The lead image is a very colorful tilt-shift photo and an interesting look at the whole fair. The package is overall a unique storytelling look of a common subject. Some of the photography and photographic techniques might be considered gimmicks, but they fit the topic. Second place is very interesting composition with nice expressions. A really nice way to look at a common classroom scene.
For third place, we like that the woman is shutting down a complainer at the school board meeting with just a look.
