First place was an immediate winner for both judges. All the excitement in one frame and the ref in the background adding to the action impact. Second was well-timed and framed. Who doesn't love a lost helmet moment? SandChip is a pleasing composition with the vibrant colors, the ball, flying sand and golfer's face. We like WestForsythFootball for an alternate with one judge offering that it may have been strengthened with a tighter crop to just the upper part of the players' bodies.
