First place we feel as though rose above the rest because we caught a glimpse into the studio to learn more about the subject. It was composed well and has nice light that creates a gentleness to the image. Second place is just a well-executed portrait. Good use of mood lighting. Third place we enjoy some of the storytelling elements, but feel like the lighting and subject's pose could be improved.
