There weren't many entries in Spot News, but fortunately there were three that stood out. The man reacting to learning about a fatal shooting was an immediate hit with the judges. The flood photo was a good storytelling shot of the difficulties heavy rain causes. And the man in the fire ruins made us feel how devastating it is to lose everything that you own.
