Judges Comments

We think the first-place entry captures the spirit of a feature photo. It's a unique moment, but we feel the photographer could've cropped tighter to focus on one of the pairs for a cleaner photo and to highlight the expressions. We chose the second place because we felt the photographer captured the moment creatively and put thought into the composition—a different look at the average concert photo. We liked the third image because it's a nice, fun moment with the older gentleman crowd surfing.
