Our first place selection stood above the rest in quality within this category, the colors had a nice play with the composition and captured a nice moment. We felt second place should be recognized for finding the shot and executing it, but could it have benefited from a better composition/framing. This image placed over other supermoon shots because of its simplicity. Third place was chosen for its nice moment, but we felt it might have been nice to see either a wider or tighter frame.
