Judges Comments

First Place: The emotion in “Pedestrian” made the image immediately rise to the top in this category. We like how you can see both action and reaction in a single image. Second Place: “Drug Arrest” needed a slightly tighter crop, but it's nice to clearly see what's taking place. Third Place: We would have liked to see more of the scene in “Hands.” It's a good moment that the photographer captured, but we wish it was shot differently.
