First place: Wonderful opening image. Story could have been edited down a little. The photo of the clay exploding is unnecessary.
Second place: This story has some very strong images, but is in desperate need of a much tighter edit. Could have placed first with ten photos in stead of twenty.
Third place: The last photo is by far the best photo in this story. Some nice details but also some non-moments and missed opportunities.
