Extremely small category here. First place had lots of potential with destruction and layering, but the entry could have been edited much tighter. Second place has a solid exposure in very tough lighting conditions, but we want to know more about the scene around it. A stronger caption could help with that. A difficult capture in just blinking police car lights, third place could be stronger with a change in composition by a few steps to the right to compress the frame and get better layers.
