Some nice on-the-scene spot news in this month. First place has a great mood and strong light. Second could’ve been cropped up from the bottom and been a little more dramatic. Third place used a low angle to help elevate it above the rest of the entries. We felt had the of the sewer suspect entry would have been first if the four images had been entered as a group instead of individual images.
