There were a lot of dramatic images from the train wreck but first stood out as a dramatic moment with a sense of urgency that was helped by the use of the available light. Second is a compelling image by use of the graphic elements of the row houses and the reflection. Third place really captured the drama of the train wreck but the direct flash, while necessary, took it down a notch.
