1st place: Very strong moments throughout the series, Not the easiest event to make look this interesting. Great patience on the part of the photographer. 2nd place. The variety of subjects and moments in this series is impressive. Very creative and selective. 3rd Place: Strong overall story but needed more moments to lift this story past what is expected when photographing this theme. Needed for closeups of victims with discretion of course.
