Judges Comments

1) The swat team package was the most through coverage showing the entire scene, what neighbor were doing and topped off by a suspect in custody. 2) The flea market fire also had good coverage. The photo of cars passing on the highway was excellent thinking on the photographer's part. The package would have benefitted from fewer photos in this competition. 3) Car vs. building usually makes an interesting photo. The photographer put themselves in the right place and waited for the moment to happen.
