Judges Comments

1st Wonderful composition. The photographer found a way to organize a chaotic visual situation. We loved looking around this image. 2nd A striking portrait. The b&w photograph (turned sideways) had us all wondering what that was all about, but made it even more compelling. The light and details made this one of our favorites. 3rd A great way to photograph a scout... against the flag. The lighting is well handled. We thought the composition was a bit off, but that was being pretty nitpicky.
