1st place of a dog being rescued was a natural selection, good moment, the animal's expression added to the image. 2nd place of a truck over a wall with graffiti, good angle. Third place, aftermath of Hurricane Ida, a multiple entry, was hurt by a too many photos. Still, tough to cover flooding.
