A generally weak month for this category. We appreciated the captions in first, second and third places. HM was awarded for trying to come up with something different from a generally mundane assignment. Second place was almost first place but we felt the photographer could have kept working the scene to find a clean version of this photograph. We did appreciate the more surprising way to tell this story. Props for looking beyond the obvious.
