Judges Comments

This was a difficult category plagued by loose editing. Most of the entries contained a few strong images surrounded by redundancies. Loose editing weakened stories that could have been stronger as single images or tight combos. We chose the state park story for first place because of its variety of well executed images giving a sense of all the park has to offer. Second place showed an eerily quiet view of opening day at Dodger Stadium.
