Love the springbreakers in their beach attire with a case of beer sauntering past the EMS crews. It is hands down a perfect image to go with what is probably an annual story about EMS calls during spring break. Second place is a creative and well executed shot of an assignment that usually is a visually uninteresting one. Third place has nice action and is of an interesting subject matter.
