We very much consider jubilation and dejection to be a part of sports action. However, this contest seems to attempt to separate the two. We found it challenging to do so, especially considering the intense saturation of strikingly similar pictures of people catching footballs. While there were many nice football action photos, sadly they began to all look the same. First is the best of the personal and ball photos (though debatably). Second is one of the only sort of unique moments we could find. Third, while this one may not actually fit in this category, we really liked it.
