First place had a solid and consistent use of lighting to capture the MVPs. On top of that, there’s a great use of action and movement, which is often overlooked in portraits. Second place captured a great expression with nice light. Third place had a creative use of shutter speed, contrasting “Sharpen the Axe” with blurry runners. Honorable mention goes to the mother and baby in the sunflower field.
