General News was another strong December category with many nice images. First Place: "Hug" a well-composed photo with great emotion of an Army dad back from deployment, surprising his son at school. Second Place: "Shop With A Cop" Leading lines comprised with a smiling police officer and a happy girl made for a nice moment. Third Place: "Magnolia High" Every person attending this sign unveiling has amazing expression. Great angle for the photo!
