First place has beautiful tones, light, and composition while still conveying the tragic destruction of the event. Upon reading the caption, this photo becomes more powerful. The body language of the dog and person in the second place photo make the scene look out of a cartoon. The composition of the third drew us in, the placement of the police tape and the man's head in his hand conveyed a feeling of being crushed inside a moment.
