Judges Comments

First place for this category was one instance where the use of multiple pictures was well done. The photographer did a good job of telling the story with the multiple images without the redundancies we saw in some of the other entries. Second place was a well composed photograph that showed the level of exhaustion that emergency personnel can face when responding to these situations. Third place was just a well documented, nicely composed scene.
