Way too many photos entered in the multiple entries (better editing would have helped strenghten the entries). Also WAY too many photos that would have done well in the features category. First place was well composed and made the judges want to know more. The caption was not nearly enough, but the image rose to the top none-the-less. Second place was a graduation photo with great action and expressions - it woudl easily have taken first in the feature category. Third place belonged in the photo story category - which it would have won - but we like the variety of images to tell the story.
