Judges Comments

First place image was hands down the best image for the whole month in this region. If there was a Best of Show for each region's month-this image would be it. We love everything about this shot: lighting, composition, mood, subject, perspective etc. Second place are a group of shots from a jail- while we would have liked a tighter edit, the photographer did an excellent job of making the images interesting and well composed since no faces were allowed to be shown.
