KE TWC NEWS Cape Lady 9 9 8 9 Proof that a quiet simple story can still be incredibly powerful. You worked well in a tiny space and still got several interview angles. The one thing I got confused about was when she said "that's an emotional one" I thought she was talking about the cape she was holding- and I kept waiting to hear why that specific cape was special. After a second watch I got it and knew her byte was an answer to the reporter's track.
TS TWC NEWS Cape Lady 10 10 10 10 The opening fan shot to rack focus was such a compelling way to draw viewers in. Amazing nats and variety of angles. Especially challenging in a small space. Good use of file footage. Great moments captured outside the grocery store.

KD TWC NEWS Cape Lady 9 10 9 9 what a wonderful story. from the beginning you visually displayed the love, devotion, and heart by alicia and every shot, every edit, and nat hit made this story come together very nicely. it wasn't too flashy, it didn't have fast nat hits and edits, the timing was just perfect. bravo. i cant think of anything to nitpick.

KE TWC NEWS Mr. B is Back in Business 8 10 10 9 Ah- this one got me! The moment Mr. B started crying, I got emotional. Usually I would say that kind of emotion before we get to know him is too soon, but I had no problem with it. You really WORKED this story. You were everywhere and positioned yourself in perfect places to get so much natural sound. Since I have to nit-pick because there really isn't anything wrong with this story- I didn't love the dissolve at the end. Just wasn't sure what it's purpose was. But that's it!
TS TWC NEWS Mr. B is Back in Business 8 8 8 9 I enjoyed the active sequence to start, good shot and nats to grab my attention unloading the truck. Good work putting a mic on him. You captured some sound that really gave me a window into his personality. Good emotion captured. Good continuity on cuts around :40. Excellent nat sound sprinkled in. The moment your other interview asked for his mail was terrific. Those little things are so memorable.

KE TWC NEWS A Show of Support 7 9 8 8 You sprinkled in so many nats that really made this story sing! Your visuals were fantastic and I loved feeling like I was in every single scene. I didn't love your dissolves- specifically the one from the helmet into the byte at :47. Since it was a moving shot- I thought it looked a little awkward going into the man. The one thing I felt this piece was missing was a character I could connect with. I know not every story has one, and this had people doing this wonderful gesture amongst a crowd that all felt that pain, but I think I wanted more from that crowd other than their faces in silence.
TS TWC NEWS A Show of Support 8 10 10 10 Absolutely beauitfully put together. So many details that really helped this story. I loved the quick cuts at the start, especially of the field painter. The nats flowed exceptionally well. Only suggestion would be - maybe micing a fan or staying longer into the game would've given you more emotion. But rarely do we have the luxury of time. Truly nice work.

KD TWC NEWS A Show of Support 9 10 10 9 wow! I liked this story a lot. you are a very creative visual story teller and your framing and editing was done really well. I was thinking to myself, why is this story so important about an equipment manager? then you guys revealed the moment about the first responders and i said, "you guys are good..." I enjoyed watching this piece. you are patient in waiting for your shots and i can see that in your art. bravo.

KE TWC NEWS DPD Honor Guard Prepares 9 10 9 9 Wow, this was fantastic. RIght away- with that shot of the flag with the plane and then bird flying by and the way you edited the sounds and pictures together was brilliant. Every edit was so purposeful and at the end of the 2:30 I looked and was amazed at how much time had gone by. The room was so ugly, but somehow you made it interesting and beatufiul. So many of your shots had depth to them. I loved their feet at 1:12. You portrayed this sad reality so, so well.
TS TWC NEWS DPD Honor Guard Prepares 8 8 9 8 I loved the opening shot. Grabbed my attention right away. Great pacing with nats and cuts of the names and police cap. Shots were very creative. Clearly you worked to move around. Nice job. The pacing was great. Piece flowed well, gave me a sense of continuity.
