9 9 8 9 Great visual transitions, crisp typing NATs. Excellent hustle on deadline. I'd get to your main reveal a little quicker, especially for a shorter story. Don't spin your wheels!
8 8 8 8 Good piece, nice intercutting, would have opened and closed piece with 'custom poems' makeshift sign
9 8 8 9 This is a great story. Nice nat sound and sequences--in & out of frame. Use tripod. Some shots did seem to have soft focus.
9 8 8 9 Great story, nicely told, shot and edited. Good crafting and collaboration with the reporter. Loved the final shot of the truck driving away with the trusty dog in the back. The sawing sound is expected here but not overdone.
9 8 8 9 Nice job finding a good, focused story on deadline. You kept the pace throughout and weaved in lots of NATS. On the soundbite from the homeowner, I would've covered the part where you panned away but came back - looked kinda sloppy. But otherwise, a solid story.

7 9 9 9 Nice nat sound throughout. Like all the kids' reactions... great sound of the kids.Like the variety of shots. Nice shooting/editing, but the story itself wasn't that different from any other model train story I've seen.
8 9 9 9 Overall, great NAT package. Smart use of GoPro. Strong sequencing. "Yeah, they call me the Trainman" was an excellent reveal. "That one" sequence was strong. Cute closing shot. My only complaint: got a little annoyed by the overuse of the train NAT sound - that annoying buzzing sound. It's not a pleasant noise, so don't abuse it!
5 5 5 5 Don't hate me, but model train stories are the ultimate video cliche. Liked the use of a gopro the POV shot. But there was nothing special here.
