First Place took a potentially mundane topic and made the edit it engaging, never seen someone make stormwater mitigation look interesting with found footage, interesting images, graphics and maps — all visual elements coming together Second Place, breathtaking imagery, beautifully edited with great sequencing Third Place, thoughtful, sensitive photographs, had photographers trust and therefore editor’s trust with a vulnerable story
