Stunning! Love the visuals and the edit of this one. Strong shooting and great audio. Really nice documentation of your community. Keep it up!

This is a really lovely piece! The footage is varied and thoughtful, the interviews are clear and purposeful, and the music drives the piece forward. I also learned some things about this community, which is what makes great journalism. I think some video portraits and maybe a few On the Fly interviews would have been a nice addition.
Love the intro! The use of archival photo and video in this piece is strong! The interivew with the mom is well lit and the piece is overall well shot. Audio could be better with the professional interview, but could be fixed easily with a lav mic. Nice job!

I thought this was an interesting idea for a video! Parents really were superheroes during the pandemic! Remember to keep both cameras on the same during the interview (with the specialist) so that it doesn’t look like she’s looking back at herself when you cut between the two shots.
This is a gripping story that is well shot and immersive. The main technical consideration is audio: make sure that people are miced when possible, and when they are miced, keep an eye on the levels. I love the integration of the photos into the edit. I really feel the need of the community in this piece.

Nice piece of community journalism that shows a different side of a large, systemic problem. Unfortunately, the inconsistent audio brought the piece down.
