First: It is evident that the photographer was on the scene shortly after the incident. Nicely framed. More caption info would have helped better understand the scenario since it seems like the photographer wasn’t able to get closer to the scene.
Second: Good job by the photographer being in the right place at the right time. The photo is lacking some environmental context. The environment he was arrested in would have helped the viewer understand why he was being arrested and the context of the story.
