Judges Comments
First place had great texture and color, and although we could not see any of the fire men's faces, we felt it stood out above the others. Second place had an excellent caption that helped elevate the photograph. Third place was a nice capture from a flood aftermath, although the judges felt this was more of a feature photograph than spot news. There were not a lot of entries in this category, which surprised the judges.
